By using the same shapes for the respective diameters, the blades are identically reproducible and thus offer a high degree of dimensional fidelity. The material used does not react to humidity / temperature, which ensures shape retention even when operating on your small wind turbine. Thanks to the intelligent blade design inside the blades, we have achieved a high vibration compensation, which significantly increases the service life, especially in wind-friendly locations. This also has a positive effect on bending and torsional properties.
Of course, each sheet is balanced both dynamically and statically and provided with an identification number, combined with appropriate documentation.
