The UNO-DM-PLUS and ABB TRIO wind inverters listed below are manufactured in Italy and Germany and, as a European product, stand for the highest quality. We offer you expert support and support you in the planning of your self-built plant. Our generators of the CK series are optimally matched to the inverters and vice versa. It can be used with your self-built small wind turbine, water wheels or combined heat and power plants is no problem.
We supply you with the highest quality at a fair price.
Ask us, we will be happy to advise you in detail.
Wind turbines and most water turbines require electricity, which is delivered in different capacities depending on the speed or turbine voltage. Also known as the power curve, this course is typically not linear. In the past (until 31.12.2017), wind inverters had the option of being able to input a power curve. Our inverter control unit enables power curve control for ABB inverters, including the Trio (3-phase) and Uno (1-phase) DM series inverters. This means that solar inverters can now be used as wind inverters and controlled in such a way that they are suitable for use with isolated DC voltage from a wind or hydro turbine. The load on the generator is increased based on a generator speed or DC voltage and this power is then fed into the grid by the inverter. The control unit also offers data logging for a micro SD card. Programming the power curve and other settings is done by loading a setup file onto the microSD card. The controller also has a USB port that can be used for monitoring via laptop or PC. If desired, we can provide serial monitoring for this purpose. The new single-phase device family UNO-DM-PLUS is the optimal solution for PV and wind turbines. All power levels from 1.2 to 6.0 kW have the same compact design and cabinet volume, allowing for higher performance in a minimal space. The forward-looking and flexible design allows integration into current and future smart building automation devices. The 3-phase TRIO series is available in outputs of 5.8 kW – 8.5 kW.
Easy installation, fast commissioning
The use of plug-and-play connections enables simple, fast and safe installation of the device, which is possible without opening the front cover of the inverter. The simple menu-guided commissioning procedure reduces the effort of extensive configuration to a minimum and thus ensures low costs.
Improved usability
The integrated user interface allows access to advanced features, such as inverter configuration settings, dynamic feed-in control, and load manager.
Highlights
The Sunny Island 3.0M / 4.4M is the ideal product solution for self-sufficient and grid-connected systems in the power range from 2 to 13 kilowatts.
As a core element in the SMA Flexible Storage System, the Sunny Island stores the solar power it produces itself and, in conjunction with the Sunny Home Manager, implements intelligent energy management within your own four walls.
In off-grid applications, the high protection class, the wide temperature range and the overload capability ensure exactly the safety that is important in this application. The intelligent load and energy management ensures operation even in critical situations – for example, in the case of high inrush currents or adverse environmental conditions.
Whether used in off-grid areas or in private energy management, the Sunny Island 6.0H / 8.0H can be used flexibly for all on- and off-grid applications in the power range from 3 to 25 kilowatts.
As a core element of the SMA Flexible Storage System, the flexible storage solution for new and existing systems, it stores the solar power it produces itself and, in conjunction with the Sunny Home Manager, implements intelligent energy management – within your own four walls as well as in commercial operations.
In off-grid applications, the high protection class, the wide temperature range and the extreme overload capacity ensure exactly the safety that is important in this application. Intelligent load and energy management ensures operation even in critical situations.
The Sunny Island can be flexibly combined and the system can thus be designed precisely to meet the power requirements of the system.
In the SMA Smart Home, the Sunny Home Manager, in conjunction with the Sunny Island, takes over the intelligent control between the PV system, consumers and storage system and regulates all energy flows.
Sunny Island is not bothered by fine desert sand, high humidity in the rainforest, salt spray in coastal regions or strong temperature differences. It runs reliably under the most extreme conditions – without compromising on cost-effectiveness.
