With effect from 01.09.2013, BRAUN Windturbinen GmbH has hired a lawyer for the area of approval procedures .
Our lawyer is:
- Specialist Lawyer for Administrative Law
- Specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law
- Specialist lawyer for agricultural law
- Lecturer in Environmental and Energy Law at the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg
In the event of a positive building permit, BRAUN Windturbinen GmbH will pay 50% of the lawyer’s fees.
The approval practice for small wind turbines in most federal states is deeply shameful and completely contrary to the desired energy transition.
Many clerks in the building authorities are completely overwhelmed by the question of approval and are usually crowned with ignorance.
Building applications remain for months or are pushed from one clerk to the next, according to the motto “just don’t take responsibility”.
The executing and producing companies in the small wind sector thus have no basis for planning, invest time and thus money in endless discussions with mostly completely ignorant clerks and are still allowed to co-finance this nonsense with their tax money.
The state governments urgently need to make improvements here, clearly confess what they actually stand for and give clear guidelines to the planning base.
A letter to this effect has already been sent by Dr. Peter Enders MdL – RLP to the Federal Minister for the Environment Peter Altmaier.
