The ANTARIS 10kW works here on an 18m mast, only 1km from the Atlantic Ocean.
The facility supplies a campsite here with clean electricity.
The wind inverter is a 3-phase Smart!wind SW10.
This monitors the speed and VDC voltage of the ANTARIS wind turbine and switches on the brake resistors if necessary.
In standard operation, storm protection is guaranteed by the helicopter control.
In addition, the system can be completely shut down via a generator short-circuit switch.
Wind monitoring is carried out by a wind sensor from Thies Clima.
