With wind turbines on treetops, the Freiburg architect Wolfgang Frey intervenes in the discussion about wind power. As a test facility, he has installed an ANTARIS 3.5 kW small wind turbine on an almost 30-metre-high Douglas fir in Freiamt in the district of Emmendingen. A legal loophole in the licensing regulations makes it possible.
