The plant works here near the French Atlantic coast on an 11m high tilting mast.
The 3-phase building supply is provided by the Smart!wind SW10.
With regard to storm protection, the following system parameters are monitored:
Speed (rpm), V DC, V AC, Wind Speed
Furthermore, a braking box is installed, which activates the speed-controlled generator short circuit when the aforementioned parameters are exceeded.
The already familiar “helicopter function” is of course also part of the safety equipment.
In other words, quality “Made in Germany”. And yes, we are proud of that.
