In a strict state tender process, the decision was made in Belgium in favour of the Antaris wind turbine.
Remarkably, tender positions 1 and 3 were each occupied by the Antaris wind turbines (5.5 kW, 7.5 kW).
The Antaris 5.5 kW (1st place) is now installed on the 150m high roof of the Tour du Midi.
The wind turbine works in 3-phase parallel to the grid on a 7.0 m high tilting mast.
The ABB-TRIO-7.5-TL with an output of 7.5 kW is installed as an inverter.

The project serves as a so-called pilot project for about 48 other locations with roof installations in Belgium.
The Tour du Midi is the most difficult of all buildings in terms of on-site installation and thus serves as a reference for subsequent roof installations.<\/p>\n\n
