Stationary diesel engine (on-site)<\/strong><br \/>The drive motor should have an output of approx. 4 \u2013 8 kW, at a maximum speed of approx. 2200 rpm! To increase the service life of the engine, it should be operated at about 1300-1500 rpm in the partial load range. However, motors with a maximum speed of only 1000 rpm are also available, where the permanent magnet generator can also be coupled directly to the drive motor. The &#8220;working speed&#8221; should also be slightly lower than the max. speed (approx. 750 \u2013 900 rpm)! The corresponding generator speeds can be found under the link &#8220;Generators&#8221;. Alternatively, you can also work with a commercially available emergency power generator (preferably &#8220;diesel&#8221;). In this case, you only need the grid inverter and the controller.<\/p><p><strong>2. Permanent magnet generator (NdFeBo permanent magnets)<\/strong><br \/>These are the strongest permanent magnets currently in existence. The three-phase alternator is brushless, gearless and maintenance-free.<br \/>Technical data: 10-pin, IP55, aluminium housing, foot mounting, surface cooling by means of fan wheel, weight: 29 -48 kg, power: 2.5 \u2013 6.5 kW.<br \/>Optionally, you can also work with a synchronous generator. This is cheaper in terms of price, but the feed can no longer be done quite as variable speed and the efficiency is about 30% worse!  <\/p><p><strong>3. Power One and Smart!wind grid inverters 2500 \u2013 7500 watts<\/strong><br \/>The grid inverter operates in parallel to the grid (230\/400 V), i.e. the generated generator power &#8220;flows&#8221; directly into the domestic grid or the public grid. The working voltage is approx. 500 VDC, with a feed-in power of max. 3.0 \u2013 6.0 kW. Due to the relatively high working voltage, as well as a winding specially adapted to the application, unnecessary generator heating is avoided. A precise adjustment of generator and drive motor in terms of speed and power is possible by changing the power parameters on the inverter! Since the inverter adapts to a change in the generator voltage, the grid is fed into the grid as far as possible independently of the speed. The inverters have a corresponding declaration of conformity and are approved for grid-parallel operation, the prescribed ENS is already integrated. Important: With this type of grid feed-in, the cosine phi is 1.0, i.e. there are no problems with the local utility company in terms of apparent power and active power.       <\/p><p><strong>4. Control with control electronics<\/strong><br \/>The control system monitors the system voltage and protects the <strong>Power One<\/strong> from overvoltage. Furthermore, the generator three-phase current is rectified and forwarded to the grid inverter. Of course, your individual wishes regarding CHP control will also be taken into account, such as engine shutdown, heat measurement, etc &#8230;  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff24514 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ff24514\"
